Our fine chocolates

are made in small batches, by hand, using organic cacao, pure cane sugar and love: From bean to bar. Bean to bar is a term used to describe chocolate that is produced from raw beans to finished bars.


From Bean to Bar

We start with the cacao beans: organic, fair-trade, single-source and fermented. We hand sort the beans and then roast them ourselves.


About our company

It started with a farm in Puerto Rico, a home in the foothills of Appalacia and a desire to hand-craft fine dark chocolate.
